100% polypropylene. Virgin PP for maximum colour range, or GRS-certified recycled PP for ESG procurement. Both grades are waterproof, UV-stable, and perform identically outdoors.
GSM Range

300 to 900 GSM. Residential patio: 450 to 600 GSM. Commercial/hospitality: 700 to 900 GSM. Camping and portable use: 300 to 400 GSM for maximum portability.

60x90 cm up to 300x400 cm. Top wholesale sizes: 90x150, 120x180, 150x210, 180x270, 240x300 cm. Round: 90 to 200 cm diameter. Custom dimensions at 1,000+ units.
UV and Weather
Performance

UV-stabilised as standard. 5+ year colour retention in direct sunlight. 100% waterproof, mould-resistant. Dries under 15 minutes. Suitable year-round in all climates.
Construction

Flat-woven PP tubes. Reversible flat weave, clean on both sides, easy to hose down. No water absorption or dirt retention in a pile structure.
Packaging

Rolled in HDPE bags (standard) or folded for up to 40% volume saving. Custom printed packaging, private label hangtags, and retail barcodes available on request.
