100% polypropylene flat woven mat construction using the same PP material and weave quality as Sapana's standard range. Adapted to accommodate LED component integration without compromising the flexibility or portability of the mat. The mat retains all standard PP properties including waterproofing, UV stability and durability across all use environments.
LED Specification

SMD LEDs integrated within the mat construction with a rated lifespan of 30,000+ hours under normal operating conditions. Colour options include single colour (red, blue, green, white, warm white, amber), RGB multi colour and custom colour on request. Custom colour specification is available for OEM orders where brand guidelines require a specific colour not in the standard range.
Power Source

Operating voltage is 12V DC with power consumption ranging from 10W for smaller formats to 45W for large area formats. Power source options include standard 12V DC adapters, portable rechargeable battery packs for cordless event use. Hardwired low voltage installation is also available for permanent hospitality and retail display applications on request.

LED components are sealed to IP44 standard as minimum across the range providing protection against splash and light rain. IP65 rating is available for outdoor event and poolside applications and can be specified at the time of ordering. CE marked electrical components and RoHS compliance are standard with full documentation provided with every order.

Standard sizes are 90x150 cm, 120x180 cm, 150x210 cm and 180x240 cm across the full LED mat range. Custom sizes are available from 500 units per design for buyers with specific installation or retail requirements. Tile configuration options are available for buyers creating larger illuminated floor areas from modular mat sections.

Fixed colour illumination, multi colour cycling, pulse and fade, strobe and music reactive modes are all available. Modes depend on the controller configuration specified at the time of ordering before production commences. Custom programming is available for large hospitality and retail installation orders requiring specific lighting sequences.

Catalogue designs ship in 6 to 8 weeks from order confirmation and custom designs in 8 to 10 weeks from approved artwork. All orders ship FOB Aurangabad (JNPT) or CIF to your nominated destination port worldwide without exception.
