100% polypropylene in virgin PP for the widest colour palette or GRS certified recycled PP for ESG buyers. Both grades are durable, stain resistant, easy to clean and certified safe for sustained skin contact indoors. No difference in indoor performance exists between the two material grades available from Sapana.
GSM Range

400 to 900 GSM across the full indoor mat range available from Sapana for all retail channels. Entrance mats and kitchen mats: 400 to 600 GSM for the right balance of durability and ease of handling. Living room area rugs: 600 to 900 GSM for a more premium feel and defined visual presence on the floor.

Entrance and door mats: 45x75 cm, 60x90 cm and 75x120 cm across all major export markets. Kitchen runners: 50x150 cm, 60x180 cm and 60x240 cm for galley kitchens, corridors and utility areas. Living room area rugs: 120x180 cm, 150x210 cm, 160x230 cm, 200x300 cm and 240x340 cm standard.

Flat woven polypropylene using PP tubes adapted for indoor use with finer tube weights. More precise weave density for the close up scrutiny that indoor design products receive at retail. The flat weave construction makes mats easy to vacuum, sweep and mop around without shifting or bunching.

Larger indoor mats roll in poly bags as standard and entrance mats fold in poly bags for compact shipping. Custom printed packaging, private label hangtags, care instruction cards and retail barcodes all available on request. All packaging customisation is available at the same minimum order quantity as the mat order itself.

500 units per design for catalogue designs and 2,000 units minimum for mixed design shipments. Custom and private label designs require a minimum of 1,000 units per design across all categories.
