100% polypropylene in virgin PP for the widest colour range or GRS certified recycled PP for ESG procurement needs. Both grades are fully waterproof, UV stable and perform identically across all outdoor conditions. No difference in performance between the two grades in field use.
GSM Range

300 to 600 GSM across the full camping and RV mat range available from Sapana. Camping and hiking use: 300 to 400 GSM for comfortable light carry across all terrains. RV awning and campsite area mats: 450 to 600 GSM for extended ground placement.

Camping and hiking: 120x180 cm, 150x210 cm and 180x270 cm for easy fold and carry. RV and caravan awning placement: 250x300 cm, 250x450 cm and 300x500 cm standard. Custom dimensions available for orders of 1,000 units or more per design.

Both sides of every mat carry a clean usable surface with no rough or unfinished backing. This extends the usable life of the mat and gives the end consumer added value. It is a straightforward retail selling point that most competing products do not offer.
Fold Types

Fold flat packs into a compact rectangle up to 40% smaller than a rolled mat of the same size. Roll up suits RV and caravan awning mats stored in external vehicle lockers between uses. Both formats are fully available across the complete size and GSM range.
