Single Design Orders

500 units per design for any catalogue design across all product categories without exception. This applies equally to outdoor mats, camping mats, picnic mats, indoor mats and LED mats. No category carries a higher single design minimum than any other in the range.

Mixed Design Shipments

Mixed design shipments require a minimum of 2,000 units per consignment across all designs combined. Individual designs within that shipment can be as low as 500 units each as long as the total reaches 2,000. This allows buyers to offer range variety without committing to large quantities of any single design.

Custom and OEM Orders

Custom design orders require a minimum of 1,000 units per design across all product categories. Private label packaging including hangtags, custom printed bags and carrying bag customisation follows the same minimum. This applies without exception across all categories and all markets Sapana supplies.

First-Time Buyers

Yes, most buyers mix outdoor mats, camping mats and picnic mats in a single container to maximise variety. The minimum for a mixed category shipment is 2,000 units total with individual designs at 500 units each. Our export team can help you structure a mixed order to make efficient use of container space.
Every shipment includes commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and all certification copies. For buyers importing into the EU, US or Australia we provide the correct documentation as a matter of course. All documentation is provided within 48 hours of vessel departure without exception.
Every production batch is tested in-house against the approved sample before packing begins without exception. Each batch is checked individually for GSM, dimensions, colour consistency and finish before shipment. We do not batch test at the start and assume the rest is consistent as many manufacturers do.
Yes and we encourage visits for buyers placing significant first orders from any market globally. Our Aurangabad facility is open by appointment including the production floor, testing laboratory and quality control area. For buyers who cannot visit in person a full video facility tour can be arranged easily.
Samples are not free but the full sample cost is credited against your first production order upon confirmation. Catalogue samples are dispatched from stock within 2 to 3 business days of receiving your request. Custom specification samples take 2 to 3 weeks to produce before dispatch by international courier.
We recommend placing orders at least 12 to 14 weeks before your required in-warehouse date for peak seasons. This covers 4 to 6 weeks production, 3 to 4 weeks ocean transit and 2 weeks buffer for clearance. Buyers who have missed this window should contact our export team as in-stock goods can sometimes ship sooner.
