100% polypropylene in virgin PP for the widest colour range or GRS certified recycled PP for ESG buyers. Both grades are waterproof, UV stable and lightweight with identical outdoor performance across all conditions. No difference in field performance exists between the two material grades available from Sapana.
GSM Range

300 to 500 GSM across the full picnic mat range available from Sapana for all retail channels. The 300 to 350 GSM range is the lightest option for buyers whose customers prioritise portability above all. The 400 to 500 GSM range gives a more substantial feel suited for garden centre and lifestyle retail.

Standard sizes are 120x150 cm, 130x180 cm, 150x200 cm and 160x210 cm seating two to four adults. Larger family formats at 180x240 cm and 200x270 cm are available for the family picnic segment. Custom sizes are available for orders of 1,000 units or more per design across all markets.
Fold Format

All picnic mats are fold flat as standard across the entire Sapana range without any exception. The mat folds to roughly one sixth of its open dimensions and fits in a standard tote bag easily. Compact enough to store in a kitchen drawer and carry on a spontaneous outing without planning.
Carrying Options

Integrated carry strap is the simplest and most cost effective option for volume and value retail channels. Carry handle with velcro closure gives neater presentation for garden centres and outdoor lifestyle retail. Separate carrying bag in zip or drawstring format is the premium option for private label programmes.

Folded in poly bags as standard with custom printed outer packaging and private label hangtags available. Care instruction cards and retail barcodes can be added on request for any market or retail channel.
